2 oranges, sliced thinly
2 lemons, sliced thinly
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup orange juice (pulp free)
1/2 cup triple sec
2 bottles cheap red wine
ice cubes for serving

Muddle the fruit with the sugar in a punch bowl or pitcher using a wooden spoon to release some of the fruit juices and dissolve the sugar. Stir in orange juice, triple sec and wine. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours but no longer than overnight. Serve over ice. Add mint sprig or fruit garnish.

4 hibiscus tea bags
1/2 cup fresh mint leaves
4 cups boiling water
2 cups apple juice
2 cups cold water

In a large saucepan, combine tea bags, mint and boiling water and steep for 10 minutes. Remove tea bags and mint and add in apple juice and cold water. Stir and pour into pitcher. Refrigerate until chilled. Serve over ice and garnish with fresh mint sprigs. Serves 8


1/3 cup freshly squeezed lime juice (about 3-4 limes)
8 oz plain dairy-free yogurt (Whole Soy Organic Soy Yogurt Plain non-gmo)
1/3 cup agave nectar light
2 cups filtered water
1 TBL vanilla extract
1/8 tsp ground cinnamon
1/8 tsp ground cloves
1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
14 oz coconut milk (So Delicious Sugar Free Vanilla Coconut Milk)

In a large bowl, mix all ingredients. Refrigerate for 2 hours before serving. Pour into glasses and garnish with a dash of cinnamon.

Variations: Add crushed graham crackers (honey free) to the rim of glasses, or blend over ice (rum optional), or freeze into ice pop trays.

2 Hibiscus tea bags
4 cups water
ginger beer
garnish (pineapple wedge, fresh mint, lemon or lime slices)

In a large saucepan, bring water to a boil. Once boiling, turn off stove and add tea bags. Steep for 25 minutes and remove tea bags. Fill glass with ice and pour in hibiscus tea to fill half of the glass. Fill the rest of the glass with ginger beer and garnish. Enjoy

1/4 cup brandy
1/4 cup sugar
2 ripe but firm peaches, halved, pitted, and thinly sliced
1/2 honeydew melon, seeded, peeled, cut lengthwise into thirds, and thinly sliced crosswise (4 cups)
1 bottle chilled white wine (Pinot Grigio or Sauvignon Blanc)
1 can (12 oz) seltzer or club soda (1 1/2 cups), chilled
ice cubes for serving

In a pitcher combine brandy and sugar. Let stand 5 minutes then stir to dissolve sugar. Add fruit and wine to brandy mixture and stir.  Refrigerate until ready to serve. Just before serving, fill glasses with ice. Add seltzer to pitcher and  stir. Pour into glasses, allowing some fruit pieces to fall into each glass. Serves 8

If you cannot find ripe honeydew, use thinly sliced seedless oranges.

1 1/2 cups ice
